EnPlace™
EnPlace™ is an FDA approved mesh-less surgical device that is a completely unique product utilized in a new and innovative percutaneous (through vaginal mucosa) delivery to accomplish uterine suspension for the treatment of uterine prolapse. Unlike standard vaginal procedures which involve incisions that are made in the vaginal wall itself and additional open dissection into the paravaginal spaces to access the sacrospinous ligament, EnPlace ™ enables 2 small implantable anchors to be attached to the pelvic ligaments with the use of a palpation guided anchor system, without making an incision and then suspending to the cervix for permanent suture suspension.
